First time booking a quadruple room from our family of 4 people. It's a great experience while we can have a bigger size of room, two bathrooms, more privacy also we can look after our kids in the other room without worries. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Each room only has one 3 pin switch plug if not mistaken, but luckily, we bring our own extension to charge our phones. The staff is trained well and also provides clear information for us. Only the entrance direction provided by the Google map made us mad that we drove two rounds to look for it from the main road. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay, thanks.

A very good budget hotel, everything worked, a powerful shower, coffee machine and lifts. The staff were helpful in organising taxis and in giving general information about the area. It exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. The location was safe and the facilities within walking distance, covered all daily needs

love your professional front office reception-always ready with a smile and very eloquent in English that's a major plus-kudos to the 2 favourite staff-mainly Abby and Haziq- they are well trained and the best thing they make me feel welcomed-looks like they are well trained-a 5* service from both of them-Congratulation to both of you for excellent service- the Hotel was a likeable place to stay-Housekeeping did a great job-reasonably priced but overall a likeable place to stay

Our side was quiet and away from the noise of the highway. The room was clean but small. Water pressure was strong with easy-to-control temperature.

Good. Just room 508 and 533 got leaking in aircond. Room okay not spacious not too small. Superior almost the same just got kettle and lot of tv channel. Indian girl at reception are very good.

This was my first stay with Tune Hotel. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile. The wait wasn't that long once my details were taken and keyed in to their system. They gave me the room key and I went up to my room. Upon opening everything light up once I placed my room key near the wall. I'm quite happy that the room was very clean and all the facilities were working very well. The second day of my stay, I went out for my lunch at 1pm , I realised I had forgotten to put the " Tidy up my room signage outside, however when I came back from lunch and shopping at 5.30pm, I was quite surprised that the housekeeper had done a great job in cleaning up my room, they even change the towels and gave me a new one, they change the towel mat too and gave me new soap as well as refilled the mineral water. I am so happy with the service. It was really a pleasant stay as everything went smoothly. When I was checking out the third day, I just have to simply passed my room key to the staff and that's all, I'm good to go. Overall experience was very pleasant, I'm very happy, and I might come back to stay here again. Thank you so much for all the services. Well done, keep it up.
